Join Chef Michael Panza and let him share with you how easy it is to make delicious,fresh pasta! The knowledge he has gained while attending the Culinary Institute in Florence, Italy will be passed on to you in this hands on class where you will hand make your own pasta dough to create a menu of butternut squash raviolo, spagetti carbonara, chocolate pasta with whipped cream and berry coulis! Yummy! $40/person

Professional Knife Sharpening @ The Cook's Station

Bring your knives to The Cook's Station prior to this date. Prices vary. Knives will be ready next day. Your knives will be sharpened by the Professional that the best restaurants in town use. Experience the difference! YOU MUST BRING YOUR KNIVES IN PRIOR TO THIS DAY. Professional knife sharpening the 4th Monday of each month. We'll contact you when your knives are ready on this day.

Outdoor Grilling Class

You’ll be the eny of the neighborhood as the aroma from your backyard grilling whisp through the air! Chef Tom will show you how to grill an entire meal for your family and friends. Menu will include jalpeno poppers, caesar salad, grilled halibut garnished with bbq butter, caribbean style vegetables, and to top it off, grilled banana royale for dessert! $40/person

Italian Cuisine Kids cooking class

In this class we will learn how to make homemade baked cheese sticks, calzones personalized with stuffing of choice, and finish it off with the classic Italian dessert (with a twist) deconstructed cannoli chips and dip! $30/child
