1 package Wind &Willow Bacon Stuffed Mushroom Cheeseball Mix
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
1 baking potato cleaned and sliced very thin
1 8oz package cream cheese
4 Tbs butter
½ cup sour cream
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 green onions chopped small
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Open up pizza dough and place on baking sheet. Place the potato slices on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 7 mins on each side. Remove from oven and set aside. Mix cream cheese, butter & sour cream with contents of Wind and Willow Bacon Stuffed Mushroom Cheeseball Mix with electric mixer. Spread a thin layer of cheeseball mix onto dough. Top with potato slices, a handful of crumbled bacon, a handful of green onions & 1 cup cheddar cheese. Top with crumb topping packet from Wind and Willow. Bake for 10-12 mins. at 350 degrees.
