Caramel Apple Dessert Pizza

Ingredients:
1 Package Wind & Willow Caramel Apple Cheeseball Mix
1 8oz cream cheese, softened
½ stick (1/4) cup softened butter
Caramel Ice Cream topping
Fresh apples, sliced
Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough

Spread refrigerated sugar cookie dough on a lightly floured pizza pan and bake until lightly brown.
 Remove from oven and let cool. Combine Caramel Apple Mix with cream cheese and butter and mix until smooth. Spread on baked and cooled cookie crust. Top with apple slicess

Use several different varieties to add color. (tip: to preserve color dip apple slices in lemon juice or brush with flavored gelatin) If desired, sprinkle with pecan pieces. Drizzle pizza with caramel ice cream topping. Sprinkle top with graham topping packet. Cut into pizza slices and serve!  

Alternatives: You can always add other fruit or nuts. You may want to throw on a few candy corns to add color.
