Dulce De Leche Strawberry Spirals

1 package Wind & Willow Dulce de Leche Cheeseball Mix
1  8oz cream cheese, softened
4 tbs butter, softened
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 bag frozen strawberries
½ cup sugar
1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water
Turbinado sugar, optional

Mix Wind & Willow Dulce de Leche cheeseball mix with cream cheese and butter.  Spread on a sheet of puff pastry.  Cook strawberries down with sugar into a sauce by bringing to a boil then simmering. Spread light coating of strawberry sauce on dough. Drizzle light amount of caramel from Wind & Willow Dulce de Leche package over strawberry sauce. Roll into a log from the long end, refrigerate 10 mins to regain firmness of dough.

Cut into 1 inch slices, egg wash, sprinkle with turbinado sugar and bake for 10 mins at 400.
