Publix Demonstration – Date & Time
Please join us as we welcome John Smith, Meat Department Manager from Publix at McBee Station. He will be bringing some 
popular cuts of meat to   teach what to look for when purchasing different meats and how to best use different cuts of meat. 
We will be grilling some of their ribs and offering light appetizers prepared fresh by our chef Mark Pollard.

“Back to ‘Cooking’ School” Event Fri, August 14th    12:00pm-2:00pm 
We are kicking off our new season of cooking classes with a free lunch event for our wonderful customers!! Please come down to our store on 
S. Main Street for some grilled chicken wings and drummettes, salads, & sweets.  We will be distributing info about all of our upcoming classes,
as well as, discount coupons for our store. Come on down, grab a bite to eat and check out all the new items we've received in our store!

Are you ready for some football???? Tailgate Cooking Class Thurs, Sep 3 6-8pm
Our chef Mark Pollard will be teaching us some great grilling techniques and options for make ahead dishes you can easily prepare and
take with you to your tailgate party!!  Reservations are $35.00 per person and includes a full meal with wine, tea or water and printed recipes.
 
Wine Tasting w/ Kennett Wines  Mid September   6:00-8:00pm – date to be determined ASAP!!
Join us as we sample three or four wines from Kennett Wines. We will be serving appetizers freshly prepared by our chef Mark Pollard.
Reservations are $30.00 per person.

We will be baking three or four different holiday cookies of moderate difficulty. Please bring your favorite cookie with the recipe to swap with
the other class members! We will copy the recipes for you. Reservations are $25.00 per person and include all recipes and a full tin of cookies to take with you.
 
Thanksgiving Dinner Thurs, Nov 12  6-8 pm
Don't let Thanksgiving Dinner ruffle your feathers!! Let our chef Mark Pollard ease you into this great holiday feast. We will go over all the basics
for preparing and cooking your turkey as well as several sides and a dessert that will blow your guests away!
