Marks Surefire BBQ Dry Rub

1 c Paprika
¾ c Brown Sugar
¼ c Onion Powder
¼ c Freshly ground black pepper
¼ c Garlic powder or Granulated Garlic
1 ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
¼ c kosher salt

Mix all ingredients together. Rub on the meat and let it sit, tightly wrapped in foil, inthe refrigerator overnight.
