Our Contract Salesman & Corporate Chef, Mark Pollard, also has extensive experience selling appliances, as well as, many years experience
cooking with his family restaurants over the years. He can also serve your appliance
needs and then can do a cooking demonstration in your home to be sure you know
how to use your new appliances.
John Colacioppo is the co-owner of The Cook's Station and our Service Manager. John has a background
in construction engineering and is very knowledgeable in the technical side of
the appliances, including service and installation details. John supervises the
installation of our appliances in your home to insure that your home and property are
well cared for while we work in it.
