Join Chef Michael Panza and let him share with you how easy it is to make delicious,fresh pasta! The knowledge he has gained while attending the Culinary Institute in Florence, Italy will be passed on to you in this hands on class where you will hand make your own pasta dough to create a menu of butternut squash raviolo, spagetti carbonara, chocolate pasta with whipped cream and berry coulis! Bring your knives to The Cook's Station prior to this date. Prices vary. Knives will be ready next day. Your knives will be sharpened by the Professional that the best restaurants in town use. Experience the difference! YOU MUST BRING YOUR KNIVES IN PRIOR TO THIS DAY. Professional knife sharpening the 4th Monday of each month. We'll contact you when your knives are ready on this day.
