Shipping & Return Policy

The Cook's Station ships most orders via UPS. Some orders may be shipped Priority Mail through USPS. Orders generally take 3  to 5 business days for processing. Here at The Cook's Station we strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, items periodically may become back ordered or out of stock without our notice. In the event that this takes place, you will be contacted about the estimated delivery time. If your order is back ordered or items are out of stock for more than 45 days, you may choose to receive a refund, under these circumstances ONLY!
Our standard return policy here at The Cook's Station is STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGES! We DO NOT issue REFUNDS!  Defective merchandise must be reported to The Cook's Station via email within 48 hours upon delivery of your order. Store Credits and Exchanges must be redeemed within 60 days upon receipt of your order.
