Smokehouse Bacon Cheddar Loaded Potato Pizza

Ingredients:

1    package Wind & Willow Smokehouse Bacon Cheddar Cheeseball Mix
1    package refrigerated pizza dough
1    baking potato, cleaned and sliced very thin
1    8oz package cream cheese
4     Tbs butter
½    cup sour cream
8     slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4     green onions chopped small
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Open up pizza dough and place on baking sheet. Place the potato slices on a separate cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil and bake for about 7 mins on each side at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and set aside. Mix cream cheese, butter & sour cream with contents of Wind & Willow Bacon Stuffed Mushroom Cheeseball Mix with electric mixer. Spread a thin layer of cheeseball mix onto raw dough. Top with the baked potato slices, a handful of crumbled bacon, a handful of green onions & 1 cup cheddar cheese. Top with crumb topping packet from Wind & Willow. Bake for 10-12 mins at 350 degrees
