About this experience
Dumplings can be filled with everything from traditional pork to shrimp or veggies. In this hands on class Chef Mei Li will be sharing the art of making authentic pork wonton/dumplings along with a variety of sauces. Two glasses of wine are included with this class.

Chef Mei Li Trapasso - Chef Mei Li began her gourmet journey throughout China working in restaurants, interviewing food experts, writing her own recipes, and writing blogs. She is an international cultural exchange project coordinator, and the director of an annual arts and English summer camp in China. Mei’s goal is to bring the essence of Chinese culture to American society and to share American culture with the Chinese. Her belief is “Let food be the medicine”.
