About this experience

Join Chef Tazia as she teaches you how to incorporate blueberries to make the most delicious dinner. In this hands on class, you will learn how make the following dishes and take home the recipes so you can re-create each on your own.


Menu


1st: Blueberry and havarti grilled cheese sandwiches 


2nd: Grilled salmon with a smoky blueberry pan sauce over a blueberry summer salad with a mustard vinaigrette 


3rd: Lemon, mascarpone and blueberry trifle


Two glasses of wine will be served during the class.

Chef Tazia Young graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. She has worked at The Cook’s Station for the past three years in the café and also as a retail associate where her knowledge of all thing’s foodie has been a huge asset to our customers. Chef Tazia states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, and Caribbean cuisine.
