Celebrate the season with a culinary journey inspired by the time-honored tradition of the Feast of the Seven Fishes. Join us at The Cook's Station for a festive and flavorful evening, as we showcase a meticulously curated menu featuring an array of delectable seafood dishes created by our very own Italian, Chef Vince Bienish. Each dish will be carfully paired with wines selected by our bar manager, Devin Byrne. Don't mis sout on this once a year dinner!

1-Baked stuffed clams, trout dip & fried oysters, served with vegetables and grilled bread


2-Curinga seafood salad- Squid, scallops, shrimp, olives, vegetables, vinaigrette


3-Cioppino- An array of fish & shellfish in a tomato broth 


4-Linguini Fra diavolo- Shrimp and mussels, spicy marinara 


5-Baked Fish in herbed panko, white wine, garlic, mixed rice and peas


6-Sorbet- Lemon granata 


7-Tiramisu and Almond cookies

Chef Vince Bienish has been in the culinary industry for over 30 years. Growing up in the Hudson Valley area of NY, he always admired his family’s cooking style which originated from Curinga Italy. Vince attended the Culinary Institute of America and worked his way through hotels and local restaurants & kitchens in NYC Miami & the Caribbean. After working throughout the states and traveling through Europe, he settled down in Greenville, SC where he has his own Private Chef business and works with local farms. He has been with The Cooks Station since we opened the new store in 2020. Vince loves to travel when time permits and is involved with many Food and Wine events. You can follow him on IG @Chefvince
