Spend the morning making one of the most popular and delicate French treats, the Macaron! In this hands on class instructor Morgan Ayala, owner of Rhapsody Bakery, will guide you through the basics of macarons, where they originated from, coloring, measuring, mixing, piping & proper storage. Each participant will take home samples of each flavor made during the class. 2 glasses of mimosas will be served during the class.
