Stuart specializes in Asian cuisines\u003cbr\u003ealthough his early career as a chef was spent focused on Italian and French\u003cbr\u003ecooking. Before and after his wonder years in Asia, Stuart was a regular\u003cbr\u003epresenter on Grand Rapids local tv, taught a variety of cooking classes both large\u003cbr\u003eand small, held private events and when he wasn't exploring a new country or\u003cbr\u003ecooking you would find him hiking, riding a motorcycle, reading, and playing his\u003cbr\u003eguitar.
