Join us for a delicious one-hour Lunch & Learn as Chef Craig Kuhns demonstrates how to make a Southern twist on a classic favorite—the BLT Hoecake.

This savory dish layers crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, and fresh greens on top of a warm, golden cornmeal hoecake, finished with a flavorful spread to bring it all together. Chef Craig will walk you through the steps of preparing the hoecakes from scratch, balancing textures and flavors, and plating with a modern touch.

Guests will enjoy a plated serving of the BLT hoecake along with a glass or wine or tea. It’s the perfect mid-day break to relax, learn something new, and enjoy a creative take on comfort food.

No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of event. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply). Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.
