About this experience

In this hands on class you will learn how to make several different Mediterranean Tapas with Chef Tazia.

You will be creating and taking home the recipes for roasted red pepper and garlic hummus, spicy feta dip, tzatziki sauce, Muhammara (roasted red pepper dip), medley of olives, feta cheese, banana peppers, and pita bread. This is a vegetarian friendly class.

Chef Tazia Young graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. She has worked at The Cook’s Station for the past three years in the café and also as a retail associate where her knowledge of all thing’s foodie has been a huge asset to our customers. Chef Tazia states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, and Caribbean cuisine.
