Ready to take your pasta skills to the next level? Join us for Pasta 102: Tortellini Making—a fully hands-on experience with Chef Vince Bienish. This intermediate-level class builds on the basics as you learn how to roll, fill, and fold fresh pasta dough into perfect tortellini.

Chef Vince will guide you through every step, from mixing the dough to preparing a delicious filling and mastering the signature tortellini shape. You’ll work in small groups and enjoy a freshly prepared meal featuring your handmade tortellini, served with a seasonal sauce, salad, and focaccia. 2 glasses of wine included with your class.
