Pasta Making 101

Learn to make your own pasta at home!

About this experience

Chef Tazia will share the joy of making your own pasta dough at home! In this hands on class, you will learn how make pasta dough & then knead, shape, and cut your own pasta. The menu for the evening will start with a  delicious mixed green salad with our house made Olivelle dressing, house made focaccia bread & fresh pasta topped with Chef Vinnie's famous pasta sauce. Two glasses of wine will be served during the class.  Each participant will also make a small batch of pasta to take home with them.


No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event.


Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply). Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.

Chef Tazia Young graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. She has worked at The Cook’s Station for the past three years in the café and also as a retail associate where her knowledge of all thing’s foodie has been a huge asset to our customers. Chef Tazia states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, and Caribbean cuisine.
