Pasta Sauces Cooking Class 3/5/2024

Learn to make a variety of sauces at home!

Chef Tazia will teach you how to make 3 incredible pasta sauces from scratch.  You will then enjoy each sauce served over fresh pasta. A salad will also be served with dinner.  Two glasses of wine will be served during the class.  Here are the sauces you will be learning how to make:



  1. Pesto All Genovese

  2. Brown Butter and Sage with Calabrian Chilis 

  3. Traditional Carbonara 


No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of the event. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases on the day of class (some exclusions may apply). Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.

Chef Tazia Young graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. She has worked at The Cook’s Station for the past three years in the café and also as a retail associate. Chef Tazia states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, and Caribbean cuisine.
