About this experience

It's apple season! Join Chef Tazia as she teaches you how to incorporate apples in the most delicious dinner. In this hands on class, you will learn how make the following dishes and take home the recipes so you can re-create each on your own.


Menu


Appetizer: apple chutney and herb goat cheese bruschetta 

 

Entree: fennel rubbed pork tenderloin with a savory apple and butternut squash hash 

 

Dessert: apple cranberry crisp with vanilla ice cream and a spiced caramel drizzle 

Two glasses of wine will be served during the class.

Chef Tazia Young graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. She has worked at The Cook’s Station for the past three years in the café and also as a retail associate where her knowledge of all thing’s foodie has been a huge asset to our customers. Chef Tazia states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, and Caribbean cuisine.
