It's cranberry season and time to learn how versatile these berries can be in your dishes! Join Chef Tazia as she teaches you how to incorporate cranberries to create the most delicious dinner. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make the following dishes and take home the recipes so you can re-create each on your own.

We will start off the evening with a cranberry mimosa!

Appetizer: Cranberry Brie Tartlets with a rosemary agrodolce
Main: Seared duck breast over an apple cranberry stuffing, and roasted asparagus with a cranberry pan sauce
Dessert: Cranberry and orange cream trifle

Two glasses of wine will be served during the class.  


No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of the event. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply). Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.

Chef Tazia Young graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. She has worked at The Cook’s Station for the past three years in the café and also as a retail associate where her knowledge of all thing’s foodie has been a huge asset to our customers. Chef Tazia states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, and Caribbean cuisine.
