Amuse: chefs' choice

First course: Rainbow Panzanella salad 

Second Course: Seared steak and wild mushrooms over creamy polenta 

Dessert: Eton Mess (berries, meringues and whipped cream)

2 glasses of wine will be served with the dinner.

Chef Tazia Young graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. She has been a huge asset to The Cook’s Station for the past three years both in the café and as a retail associate. Chef states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, and Caribbean cuisine. Hopefully you will see her at many future classes
