The Sourdough Basics Course is designed for students new to baking sourdough loaves. In this class, Chef Laura will walk you through all the critical steps of creating a beautiful loaf of sourdough from feeding and maintaining a starter to pulling a fresh loaf from the oven. Students will leave with an active starter and recipe. At the end of the class, you will feast on fresh baked bread served with a collection of jams and jellies.
