Summer Cocktail Party Class Menu:

  • Sangria

  • Caramelized onions, blue cheese, and fig crostini

  • Coconut shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce and sweet chili orange sauce

  • Mushroom and alpine swiss tart bites

  • Chicken satay skewers with peanut sauce

  • Lemon cheesecake tartlets with fresh berries

Chef Tazia Young graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. She has worked at The Cook’s Station for the past three years in the café and also as a retail associate where her knowledge of all thing’s foodie has been a huge asset to our customers. Chef Tazia states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, and Caribbean cuisine.
