About this experience
This event is a take on the 1996 movie "The Big Night" where two Italian brothers are trying to save their restaurant from the competing non traditional Italian restaurant down the road. A feast is prepared for all the important community folks in hopes to save their place. This movie helped kick off a revolution in American food culture. Authenticity became the new belief!
Chef Vinnie will create a very traditional authentic Italian menu complete with wine pairings.

Primo - Chicken Pastine Soup
Secondo - Pollo Millanese with Lemon, Gigante Bean Salad
Secondo #2 The Timpano...Classic Italian Dome Pasta
