Chef Nancy began her culinary journey in 1997 at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Upon completion of the program she moved back to her hometown of San Diego where she worked in several fine dining restaurants, before going back to being a personal chef.
It was June of 2012 when Nancy discovered the gem that is Greenville and decided that is where she wanted to continue her career. She began working for Table 301 at The Lazy Goat and was reintroduced to the culinary world. It was here that her culinary skills began to excel and she was offered a position at Passerelle Bistro working under Chef Teryi Youngblood. In August of 2017 Chef Nancy decided to move to Greenville County Club working as sauté cook. We are lucky enough to have Nancy employed in the café at The Cook’s Station and doing some cooking classes in the evenings.
