Take a deep dive into buttercream icing!

About this experience

There are so many varieties of buttercream icing, in this class we will look at 5 different types of buttercream: American, Swiss Meringue, Italian, French, and German. In this hands-on class, Chef Tazia will walk you through the process of making each one. You will then pipe each icing onto cupcakes for you to take home and enjoy! 2 Mimosas will be served during this class for guests 21 years or older. Non-alcoholic options are also available by request.

Chef Tazia Young graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. She has worked at The Cook’s Station for the past three years in the café and also as a retail associate where her knowledge of all thing’s foodie has been a huge asset to our customers. Chef Tazia states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, & Caribbean cuisine. She also specializes in pound cakes!
