About this experience

It's Cinco de Mayo! Let your taste buds go on a culinary adventure to Mexico where Chef Vince will teach you how to make some of the most flavorful Mexican dishes.  You will begin your evening with a glass of Sangria followed by Punta de mita ceviche,  Fresh Tortillas, Cochinita Pibil (traditional slow roasted pork taco), Pesca (local fish taco), Pesca del dia (fresh red snapper with baby potatoes, beans, rice, mina garlic sauce) and a surprise dessert!


Two glasses of wine or beer will be served during the class for guests over the age of 21. Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.


Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply).


Any cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to class start.

Chef Vince Bienish has been in the culinary industry for over 30 years. Growing up in the Hudson Valley area of NY, he always admired his family’s cooking style which originated from Curinga Italy. Vince attended the Culinary Institute of America and worked his way through hotels and local restaurants & kitchens in NYC Miami & the Caribbean. After working throughout the states and traveling through Europe, he settled down in Greenville, SC where he has his own Private Chef business and works with local farms. He has been with The Cooks Station since we opened the new store in 2020. Vince loves to travel when time permits and is involved with many Food and Wine events. You can follow him on IG @Chefvince
