Join Chef Tazia for a hands-on evening exploring the art of white-based pasta sauces. In this class, you’ll learn how to make truffle cream sauce, white wine sauce, and cacio e pepe completely from scratch.
Each sauce will be served over fresh pasta for you to enjoy, along with a crisp seasonal salad and two glasses of wine. This class is the perfect way to expand your pasta repertoire while enjoying a delicious night out.
