Joyce Chen Bamboo Steamer Papers, 9-Inch, Pack of 50

Joyce Chen's Bamboo Steamer Papers, Pack of 50 is the steamer papers we reach for when cooks who use a bamboo steamer for dumplings, buns, or dim sum need 50 perforated liners sized for a 10-inch bamboo steamer.

These thin perforated papers line the bottom of a bamboo steamer basket so dumplings, buns, and dim sum lift off cleanly instead of sticking to the bamboo. The small perforations let steam pass through evenly while still catching drips.

Here's what makes it work day to day: size is 9 inches, sized for a 10-inch bamboo steamer; it's built from perforated paper; for cleanup, disposable, single use.

Simple accessories like this one are easy to overlook, but the right one saves you cleanup time and protects your cookware investment every time you cook.

We check every accessory against the cookware it's meant to pair with before it goes on our shelves, so what you order is what actually fits your pan or pot at home instead of something close enough that you have to work around.
