Join us for a delightful hands on culinary experience as we delve into the comforting flavors of a traditional Sunday supper. In this cooking class, Chef Tazia will guide you through the steps to create a mouthwatering feast featuring Southern-inspired classics that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. From perfectly crispy fried chicken to soul-warming mashed potatoes and vibrant collard greens, this menu embodies the essence of home-cooked comfort.


Enjoy a menu of fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, collard greens & fruit cobbler! Two glasses of wine will be served during the class.

Chef Tazia Young graduated from Greenville Technical College with a major in culinary arts. She has worked at The Cook’s Station for the past three years in the café and also as a retail associate where her knowledge of all thing’s foodie has been a huge asset to our customers. Chef Tazia states that her heart and soul is with cooking and she enjoys bringing classes that are new, fresh, and exciting to the schedule. She has a love for European, African, and Caribbean cuisine.
