Our talented Chef Vince has crafted a delectable 5-course menu that promises to harmonize flawlessly with the wine selections expertly curated by Danny Baker of Mission Grape. Join us for an unforgettable evening of culinary delight and fine wine exploration!


1st: Slow roasted pork belly with apple cider marinade & honey soy sauce - Florian de Capitaine Vouvray 

 

2nd: Butternut soup with duck confit - Fichet Chateau London Chardonnay

 

3rd: Risotto wild mushroom with pecorino truffle oil - Fichet Bourgogne 

 

4th: Seared duck breast, tart cherry, seasonal vegetables and frisee - Domaine de l’Harmas Côtes du Rhône 

 

5th: Deviled brownie cake - Veuve Amiot Elisa Cremant de Loire

Chef Vince Bienish has been in the culinary industry for over 30 years. Growing up in the Hudson Valley area of NY, he always admired his family’s cooking style which originated from Curinga Italy. Vince attended the Culinary Institute of America and worked his way through hotels and local restaurants & kitchens in NYC Miami & the Caribbean. After working throughout the states and traveling through Europe, he settled down in Greenville, SC where he has his own Private Chef business and works with local farms. He has been with The Cooks Station since we opened the new store in 2020. Vince loves to travel when time permits and is involved with many Food and Wine events. You can follow him on IG @Chefvince
