Immerse yourself in the warmth and richness of Spanish cuisine with our "A Taste of Spain" dinner event. Join us for an evening filled with the vibrant flavors, aromatic spices, and convivial atmosphere that characterize the culinary traditions of Spain. From This Spanish Dinner Extravaganza promises a feast that will transport you to the heart of the Iberian Peninsula. This is a semi-hands on class. Some items will be prepared by the chef, but you will have the opportunity to help for some dishes.


Menu



1- Manchego cheese, iberico ham, olive and tomato bread

2-Chicken croquettes with smoked aioli

3-Mari Mutana- Spanish surf and turf, slow braised chicken and langostino in broth

4- Crema catalana 


Two glasses of wine will be served during the class for guests over the age of 21. Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.


Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply).


Any cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to class start.

Chef Vince Bienish has been in the culinary industry for over 30 years. Growing up in the Hudson Valley area of NY, he always admired his family’s cooking style which originated from Curinga Italy. Vince attended the Culinary Institute of America and worked his way through hotels and local restaurants & kitchens in NYC Miami & the Caribbean. After working throughout the states and traveling through Europe, he settled down in Greenville, SC where he has his own Private Chef business and works with local farms. He has been with The Cooks Station since we opened the new store in 2020. Vince loves to travel when time permits and is involved with many Food and Wine events. You can follow him on IG @Chefvince
