Join us for a very special evening as we welcome Chef Tazia Young’s first-ever wine dinner, in collaboration with Chef Craig Kuhns. This intimate four-course dining experience will showcase Chef Tazia’s soulful, seasonally inspired cooking alongside Chef Craig’s refined culinary perspective coming together for a menu that is thoughtful, expressive, and beautifully balanced.
First Course
Carrot “Lox”
Fresh dill, lemon oil, pickled onion, Montaje salt
Second Course
Parsnip Bisque
Brown butter, chive oil, crispy mushrooms, seared scallops
Third Course
Maple-Glazed Pork Belly
Roasted celery root, apples
Fourth Course
Sweet Potato Crème Brûlée
Candied nut dust
Each course will be expertly paired with wine selections curated by Devin Byrne, our bar manager, who will guide guests through pairings designed to enhance and elevate every dish.
This celebratory evening is a milestone moment for Chef Tazia and a unique opportunity for guests to experience two talented chefs cooking side by side.
No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of the event. Class attendees will receive 20% off purchases on the day of the event (some exclusions apply).
