This exclusive five-course wine pairing dinner brings together the talents of Chef Vince Bienish and Chef Jonathan Smiley, with thoughtfully curated wine pairings by our bar manager, Devin Byrne.

Chef Jonathan Smiley, Iron Caterer Throwdown winner (2024) and Executive Chef of Embassy Suites, is known for his inventive, crave-worthy approach to food—showcased in standout dishes like vodka-pickled shrimp and mushroom-infused ice cream. Paired with Chef Vince Bienish’s refined technique and seasonal sensibility, this one-night-only menu promises a dynamic and memorable dining experience.

Bourbon-Glazed Pork Belly
Ale mustard fondue, sautéed mustard greens

Course Two
Roasted Cauliflower Soup
Toasted hazelnuts, pickled mustard seeds, brown butter, chive oil

Course Three
Butter-Poached Halibut
Roasted delicata squash, beurre rouge

Course Four
Seared Duck Breast
Sweet potato gnocchi, roasted baby carrots, beech mushrooms, lemon-sage butter

Course Five
Cinnamon Apple Bread Pudding
Brown butter salted caramel, spiced streusel

Each course will be paired with wines selected by Devin Byrne to complement and elevate every bite, creating a seamless journey from the first pour to the final plate.

Attendees will receive 20% off in-store purchases on the day of class. No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of the event.
