Join Chef Vince Bienish for a hands-on Asian Dumpling Cooking Class where you’ll learn the art of making dumplings completely from scratch. Vince will guide you through the techniques of filling, folding, and shaping as you create two delicious varieties: chicken dumplings and pork dumplings.

During the instructional portion of class, enjoy an Asian-inspired appetizer while Chef Vince demonstrates key techniques and shares tips for perfect texture and flavor. Then it’s your turn to get to work!

One of your dumplings will be served as a flavorful ramen-style soup, while the other will be prepared and enjoyed as a standalone appetizer, giving you two different ways to experience what you’ve made.

At the end of class, you’ll sit down and enjoy your creations — because the best part of cooking is eating. Two glasses of wine are included to sip throughout the experience.
