Enjoy a taste of the South in this cooking class! You will learn to create that feel-good Southern breakfast of biscuits and sausage gravy. Sip on some mimosas while you get your hands dirty!
The Southern Biscuit and Gravy class is taught by Chef Tazia Young. This cooking class is a hands-on class. You will work in pairs making a batch of biscuits. While your biscuits are cooking, Chef will demonstrate how to make that delicious white gravy we all remember from childhood. You will be served gravy and other jams/ jellies with your biscuits. 2 Mimosas will be served during the class for patrons 21 years and older. Come together with friends, a date, or just treat yourself.
No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of event. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply). Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.
