Join Chef Tazia Young for a hands-on “Biscuits & Bubbles” class that’s equal parts comfort and celebration. In this two-hour interactive experience, you’ll learn the art of crafting tender, flaky biscuits from scratch, paired with rich, savory gravy.
Chef Tazia will guide you step-by-step through the techniques behind perfect biscuit dough—from mixing and folding to baking—while sharing tips to help you recreate this Southern classic at home. Each guest will make their own batch, ensuring a fun, personalized, and delicious experience.
To keep things festive, enjoy two glasses of mimosas (“bubbles”) as you bake, sip, and learn in a relaxed, social setting.
