Begin the experience by enjoying a fresh fruit and yogurt parfait while Chef Tazia demonstrates how to make perfectly thin, delicate crêpes from scratch. She’ll walk you through batter consistency, proper pan technique, and tips for achieving that beautiful golden finish every time.
Then it’s your turn! You’ll step up to the skillet and make your own crêpes, building confidence as you flip and fill like a pro. Choose from a variety of sweet and savory fillings — from fresh fruit and decadent spreads to flavorful cheeses, herbs, and more — creating combinations that match your cravings.
To make the experience even more festive, enjoy two mimosas served during class for guests 21 years and older.
