Join us for a deliciously interactive morning in the kitchen with Chef Tazia Young as she guides you through the art of classic French comfort—crepes and quiche. In this hands-on class, guests will learn foundational techniques that translate beautifully into everyday cooking and effortless entertaining.

Chef Tazia will demonstrate how to create delicate, perfectly thin crepes from scratch, then explore both sweet and savory fillings. You’ll also master the essentials of a foolproof quiche—from flaky crust and silky custard to balancing flavors and textures for a dish that’s equally suited for brunch, lunch, or dinner.

Expect plenty of tips, chef secrets, and time at the stove as you cook alongside fellow food lovers. We’ll finish by sitting down together to enjoy the fruits of your labor in a warm, relaxed setting.
