GLUTEN-FREE CLASS
The Busy Cook’s Way to Sourdough – No Bread Required (Gluten-Free)
Sourdough doesn’t have to mean long proofing times and complicated loaves.
In this interactive, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to use a gluten-free sourdough starter in fast, practical ways — without baking bread. Rebekah will begin by walking through the foundations of sourdough, then guide you through simple, real-life applications you can make in a hurry.
In this class, you’ll learn:
-
The foundations of sourdough: what it is, how to get a starter, how to feed and maintain it, and how to keep it active
-
How to use sourdough starter in quick, no-proof recipes
-
How to make a pan-fried sourdough flatbread and turn it into a pizza or sandwich
-
Creative mix-ins, flavor variations, and additional non-bread ways to use your starter
This class is fully gluten-free and safe for those avoiding gluten. The techniques and principles taught also apply to traditional wheat-based sourdough, so whether you bake gluten-free or not, the process will translate directly to your kitchen.
If you're brand new to sourdough and want to understand how it works — or if you already have a starter and want more practical ways to use it — this class will give you straightforward, repeatable tools you can use right away.
This class is open to children aged 8 and up with a paying adult. (Both child and adult must have tickets)
No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of the event. Class attendees receive 20% off store purchases on the day of the event (some exclusions apply).
