Join Chef Tazia for a vibrant, hands-on culinary experience celebrating the bold and fresh flavors of the Mediterranean! In this interactive class, you’ll learn how to prepare a variety of delicious Mediterranean tapas from scratch.
You’ll create and take home recipes for:
– Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Hummus
– Spicy Feta Dip
– Tzatziki Sauce
– Muhammara (a savory roasted red pepper and walnut dip)
– A marinated medley of olives, feta cheese, and banana peppers
– Warm, fluffy pita bread
This vegetarian-friendly class is perfect for food lovers looking to expand their appetizer and entertaining repertoire. Two glasses of wine will be served during the class to enjoy alongside your creations. Come hungry and leave inspired!
No refunds or credits will be given if canceled within 72 hours of event. Class participants will receive 20% off in-store purchases the day of class (some exclusions may apply). Please be prepared with your ID at check-in if you wish to have wine during your class.
