Chef Tazia will guide you step-by-step through the art of making a perfect, flaky pie crust completely from scratch. You’ll learn essential techniques for mixing, handling, and rolling dough — then roll out your own crust and prepare it for baking.
Once your crust is ready, the fun begins! You’ll choose from a variety of flavorful, seasonal fillings to customize your own quiche creation. From savory classics to fresh vegetable combinations, you’ll build a quiche that’s uniquely yours.
While your quiche bakes, enjoy a slice of quiche prepared by Chef Tazia, served alongside a fresh fruit. 2 glasses of mimosas or tea are served during the class.
At the end of class, you’ll head home with your handmade quiche — ready to enjoy, share, or show off. Whether you’re a brunch lover or just want to master a versatile staple, this class is the perfect blend of technique, creativity, and flavor.
