Bread-making does not have to be difficult! The Sourdough Basics Course is designed for students new to baking sourdough loaves. In this class, Chef Laura will walk you through all the critical steps of creating a beautiful loaf of sourdough from feeding and maintaining a starter to pulling a fresh loaf from the oven. Students will leave with an active starter and recipe. At the end of the class, you will feast on fresh baked bread served with a collection of jams and jellies. One glass of wine will be served during the class.
