Join Chef Mike Zemke for a hands-on Asian dumpling cooking class where you'll learn the art of making dumplings completely from scratch. Chef Mike will guide you through the techniques of preparing flavorful fillings, folding, and shaping as you create two delicious varieties: chicken dumplings and pork dumplings.
During the instructional portion of class, enjoy an Asian-inspired appetizer while Chef Mike demonstrates key techniques and shares tips for achieving perfectly tender dumplings packed with flavor. Then it's your turn to roll up your sleeves and get cooking!
One variety of dumplings will be served in a comforting ramen-style soup, while the other will be cooked and enjoyed as a standalone appetizer, giving you two delicious ways to experience your handmade creations.
At the end of class, you'll sit down and enjoy the dishes you've prepared—because the best part of cooking is eating! You'll also leave with the recipes and confidence to recreate these crowd-pleasing dumplings at home.
Two glasses of complimentary wine, tea, or soda are included with your class.
