Get ready to spice up your kitchen adventures with our Asian Fusion Cooking Class! In this demo based cooking class, Chef Craig Kuhns guides you through making simple yet delicious dishes that blend flavors from places like China, Japan, Thailand, and Korea. He will show you the ropes, from basic cooking skills to putting together a plate that looks as good as it tastes. 2 glasses of wine will be served with the class for guests 21+.
1st: Sweet chili shrimp
2nd: Gochujang molasses braised beef with miso whipped potatoes
3rd: Coconut milk panna cotta
