Get ready to roll up your sleeves and enjoy a true taste of the South! In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to make the ultimate feel-good breakfast: flaky, buttery biscuits and rich, savory sausage gravy.
Led by the talented Chef Tazia Young, this class will have you working in pairs to create your own batch of scratch-made biscuits. While they bake to golden perfection, Chef Tazia will walk you through a demo on how to make classic white gravy—just like Grandma used to serve.
Once everything’s ready, you’ll sit down to enjoy your biscuits with gravy, plus an assortment of jams and jellies. To top it off, enjoy two complimentary mimosas (for guests 21+) while you cook and dine.
