Join Chef Craig Kuhns for this demonstration-style class as he showcases the versatility of cast iron through four delicious recipes, each prepared in a different piece of cookware. Along the way, you'll learn why certain pans are best suited for specific dishes, along with expert tips on seasoning, cleaning, storing, and caring for your cast iron so it can be enjoyed for generations.
