Join Chef Kendall Boudoucies as she guides you through the art of creating buttery, flaky pastry from scratch. You'll begin with a brief look at the history and evolution of pie dough before learning the fundamental techniques behind mixing, handling, shaping, and baking a beautifully tender crust. Then it's time to roll up your sleeves—this is a highly hands-on class where you'll get your hands buttery and your apron floury!

Using the season's freshest fruit, you'll create a rustic summer fruit galette that's every bit as delicious as it is beautiful. Along the way, Chef Kendall will share tips and techniques that will give you the confidence to recreate flaky pie dough and endless fruit galette combinations at home.

Perfect for beginners and home bakers alike, this class is all about building a strong foundation in pastry while enjoying one of summer's most beloved desserts.
